Q:  I changed my password, and now I can't login; what do I do?
A:  Call the Astrocom technical support team at 1-800-669-6242, and they will assist you.
Q:  Can I use special characters in my password?
A:  The PowerLink does not support special characters in the password.
Q:  The PowerLink Pro100 only has 4 ports and I have more than 4 WAN lines, how does
      the PowerLink Pro100 support 15 WAN lines.

A:  Each port can be multi-homed with up to 5 WAN lines with the forth port for the LAN.
Q:  Does the PowerLink support dynamic IP addresses on the WAN interfaces?
A:  Yes, as of firmware version 5.0.3 the PowerLink can obtain a DHCP IP address for each WAN line.
Q:  Does the PowerLink support VPN pass through?
A:  Yes, the remote peer's VPN tunnels will connect to the PowerLink's public WAN IP addresses, and the VPN traffic can be configured to be forwarded through to terminate at the firewall/VPN appliance.
Q:  My Instant messaging traffic will not pass through the PowerLink, how do I fix this?
A:  All of the ports except web, telnet, and VPN ports need to be forwarded (1-65535).
Q:  What is the default username and password for the PowerLink?
A:  The username is "root" and the password is "PWRLNK" (without the quotes).
